Sibling Rivalry.  A public bus bench marks the spot on University Avenue where the cities of St. Paul and Minneapolis meet.  The bench was a part of a larger public art initiative by Forecast Public Art and Midway Bank to celebrate the corridor as a strong arts district.  The significance of It's  placement was discovered serendipitously during installation from a Day's Inn waitress.
